More Automation. More Customisation. Not More Invoices.

Prop firms depend on personalised trader journeys to drive conversion and retention. Building those journeys should not mean paying your technology provider every time you need a new workflow, automation, or integration.

    • Failed challenge? That is a journey.
    • Abandoned checkout? That is a journey.
    • Passed evaluation but KYC incomplete? Another journey.
    • Inactive funded trader? Another journey.
    • First payout? Another journey.

The more your prop firm grows, the more sophisticated these journeys become. And that is exactly when many platforms start charging you more.

    • New automation? Extra.
    • Custom workflow? Extra.
    • API access? Upgrade.
    • Bespoke integration? Development quote.

Your success should not become your software provider's pricing strategy.

At TradeCore, we take a different approach.

BrokerIQ is TradeCore's CRM and back-office platform for FX/CFD brokers and prop firms, built to give both the freedom to configure the platform around their business. Custom fields, trader segmentation, configurable workflows, and other core customisation capabilities are built into the platform. The journeys themselves, the failed-challenge follow-up, the KYC nudge, the win-back for a dormant funded trader, are multi-step, with branching, time delays, and wait-for-event steps, and auto-enrol a trader the moment they sign up, deposit, convert, or change status. It all runs on the same no-code automation engine (100+ triggers, 100+ actions) that drives the rest of the platform, and an open API lets you connect your own systems on top, so a new workflow does not have to turn into a development project.

    Built in, not billed separately

In BrokerIQ, the capabilities most vendors sell as add-ons are part of the core platform:

    • Custom client fields (text, number, date, yes/no, dropdown) and saved segments are part of the BrokerIQ core CRM from day one, so the platform adapts to how you already track traders instead of starting you on a generic contact record.
    • Multi-step trader journeys, branching, delays, wait-for-event steps, and auto-enrolment on signup, deposit, conversion, or status change, run on the same automation engine as every other rule on the platform.
    • API access, webhooks, and multi-brand support come with the Core plan at a stated monthly price, not a "let's get on a call" gate.
    • Extra trading backends, PSPs, seats, and the Prop Trading module are each priced individually, so you know the cost of shaping the platform before you commit to it.

Priced like software, not like a negotiation

BrokerIQ's published pricing follows the same idea. The Startup plan starts at €1,500 a month for up to 100 clients. The Core plan is €2,500 a month for unlimited active traders at a fixed cost, so growth does not quietly become the reason the invoice climbs. Every add-on beyond that has its own stated price. No per-trader fees, no per-trade fees, and no "contact sales" where a number should be. Unlike broker software vendors that price customisation behind development quotes, TradeCore publishes the price of every BrokerIQ add-on up front.

One platform for both sides of the business

The same logic runs through BrokerIQ's Prop Trading module. It is configured per brand like the rest of the platform, ships with the MT5 plugin included, and is added as its own priced module rather than bundled into a bigger enterprise deal. A prop firm gets the same per-brand configurability and the same transparent, published pricing as a full-scale brokerage, without paying for capacity built for a business ten times its size. A firm running both a brokerage and a prop operation runs them on one platform, not two.

What should you ask before you sign?

Customisable or affordable is not a real trade-off in software, in this category or any other. It is just how most vendors chose to price flexibility: behind a quote instead of on a price list. Before you sign with anyone, ask what a specific change actually costs on the plan you are being sold, and what happens to that cost the more sophisticated your trader journeys get. If the honest answer is "it depends," that is the trade-off talking.
