IB and affiliate software that prices every trade.
The IB Suite is TradeCore's partner-programme module for FX/CFD brokers: introducing brokers, affiliates and hybrids priced by one deal table across three commission categories, paid on the cycle you set, into a commission wallet they withdraw themselves.
100+ brokerages run on TradeCore, including MultiBank Group, AvaTrade, IC Markets, FP Markets and Trade Nation.

What does an IB module do that an affiliate platform can’t?
An affiliate platform sees a conversion; the IB Suite prices the closed trade. BrokerIQ is TradeCore's modular CRM and back-office product line for FX/CFD brokers. The IB Suite runs natively on the BrokerIQ CRM core, or standalone on your existing CRM with two-way sync — taking trade data from that CRM or from the trading platform.

What it reads and writes
How does one table price a whole partner network?
A TradeCore trade deal is one table — partner levels down the rows, sources across the columns, and an absolute keep in every cell. The deepest deal assigned on a partner’s chain prices that entire branch, so there is no cascade to reason about and no percentage of a percentage.
Every cell of the IB Suite deal matrix holds three rate components at once — an amount by volume, a share of the spread and a share of the brokerage’s own commission — and any cell can carry a cashback carve: a share of the partner’s own keep goes back to the referred client as cashback, delivered at settlement. The partner funds it — the brokerage’s cost does not move.

Your cost stays fixed
A per-source budget cap ceilings what the brokerage spends on one trade, and a partner can fund a sub-partner — or a cashback carve for its own client — from its own keep.

Priced against your own groups. IB Suite deal columns are drawn from your own instrument and execution group catalogues, so a deal prices against the symbols and groups your trading platforms report — not against a fixed list.
What happens between a closed trade and a partner’s balance?
A trade closes on the platform, TradeCore checks it against the deal’s qualification gates, walks the referral chain above the client, and writes one ledger row per earning level — each row carrying the calculation that produced it.

Every row keeps the lots, the resolved rate, the cell it matched and the level that earned it. Rows are never edited — a correction is a new row.
A trade that earns nothingstill gets a row.
The IB Suite records one of seven named reasons instead of dropping the trade, so a partner dispute starts from the record rather than a reconciliation.
- Didn't clear the gate
- No deal governing the chain
- No rate for this source
- Notional couldn't be resolved
- Pip movement couldn't be resolved
- Priced to zero

Demo books pay nothing

One client, one introducer
Attribution is fixed when signup completes, and a client carries at most one introducing broker — two partners cannot claim the same client.
- Fixed at signup
- One IB per client
The introducer is on the client's record. IB Suite attribution is captured at signup and kept on the client’s record in the BrokerIQ CRM, where every change carries an audit entry and data is never deleted.
How are IB payouts approved and paid?
Earnings settle on the cycle the partner’s plan sets, and each partner’s payout is approved, held, rolled over or adjusted on its own — never as one batch.
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- A custom interval
- Instantly, with no cycle at all
In the IB Suite each partner's payout in a closing payment cycle is decided on its own — approved, held, rolled over or adjusted — and the rest of the cycle is untouched.

- Approve
- Settle now and credit the commission wallet.
- Hold
- Park it for review without touching the rest of the cycle.
- Roll over
- Move the earnings into the next cycle instead of paying them.
- Adjust
- Post a manual plus or minus, recorded as its own ledger row.
A wallet of its own
Commission settles into the partner's own commission wallet and is withdrawn by the partner through the same rails as any other wallet on the platform.
- One wallet per partner per currency
- Partner-initiated withdrawals
Paid at the rate it earned
An accrual in one currency settles into the wallet's currency at the exchange rate frozen when the commission was earned, and an auto-payout threshold holds small balances until they are worth paying.
- Rate frozen at accrual
- Multi-currency
- Auto-payout threshold
Says why it didn't settle
When settlement cannot complete, the payout names the problem rather than a batch reporting success.
- No wallet yet
- Wallet unresolvable
- Wallet changed mid-cycle
- Cashback undeliverable
- Settlement failed
- Earning kind unsettleable
Partners withdraw like clients do. An IB Suite commission wallet pays out through the same deposit and withdrawal rails as every other wallet in the BrokerIQ CRM — 100+ PSPs and 300+ payment methods.
How do partner tiers promote and demote automatically?
TradeCore evaluates every partner’s tier daily against the ladder on their plan. Promotion and retention are configured separately, so the bar to climb and the bar to stay are not the same bar.

What can partners do without contacting your team?
Partners get their own portal — eight areas covering earnings, referred clients, their network, tracking links, marketing materials, withdrawals and reports — branded as your brokerage, in your portal’s languages.
Partner Hub · your brand
Signed in as Jane DoeThe IB Suite Partner Hub has eight areas: Overview — earnings, pending balance and the cycle countdown. Clients — the clients they introduced, and what each has earned them. Wallet — the commission wallet balance and its transaction history. Tracking links — create links, read the funnel, see where the clicks came from. Network — their sub-partners, as a tree, with each node's own numbers. Marketing materials — banners, landing pages and creatives the brokerage released to them. Withdrawals — request a payout from the commission wallet. Reports — generate a report on demand, in CSV or PDF.
Partner Hub reports — eight report types: Commission summary · Performance · Client activity · Tracking links · Network · Client acquisition · Commission · Deposit & withdrawal fees.
Partner Hub reports are grouped eight ways: Day · Week · Month · Client · Link · Trading group · Symbol · Summary, and generate as CSV or PDF.
A Partner Hub tracking link’s funnel reports clicks, unique, registrations, first deposits and its conversion rate, with geography, device and daily-click breakdowns beside it.
Partner marketing materials come in six types — banner, landing page, email template, video, document, social media — and are released to all partners, to partners on specific deals, to one named partner.

The upline stays private
A partner can hide their name from their downline, and a sub-partner never sees an upline's income, direct book or sibling count — only their position on the tree.
- Hide name from downline
- Position only
Joining takes no new account
An existing client applies from inside the portal. Applications also arrive from a recruiting link, from an operator and from a partner signup flow — one review queue, your own application form.

Approving a partner starts their programme. Approval in the IB Suite opens the commission wallet, starts the tier cycle and creates the default tracking links — and Partners is one of the 17 areas the 200+ automation triggers span, so a journey can start on the same event.

Every part of the IB Suite, by area — deals, commission, settlement, tiers, partners, the Partner Hub, your team’s surfaces and governance.
Deals & pricing
How a deal prices a trade — the matrix, its rate components, its sources, its gates and its lifecycle.
- Trade deals as a level × source matrix — partner levels down, sources across
- Three rate components in every cell: amount by volume, share of the spread, share of your commission
- Three volume bases — per lot, per 100k notional, per pip of movement
- Source columns from broker-curated instrument groups and execution groups
- A column can also be a single instrument symbol, a trading group, or an account type
- Client-cashback carve per cell — the partner funds a rebate back to the referred client
- Per-source budget cap ceilinging what the brokerage spends on one trade
- Trade qualification: minimum duration, minimum lot size, minimum pip movement, with AND/OR
- CPA deals — a flat bounty on first deposit or first trade, with optional minimum deposit or lots
- Prop Challenge commissions on challenge enrollment purchases
- Draft → active → archived; a live deal is immutable, changes are archive-and-replace
- Repricing starts at the next cycle boundary, never inside an open cycle
- Self-management — a parent funds a sub-partner from its own keep at no cost to the brokerage
- The deepest deal assignment on a chain prices that whole branch

TradeCore IB Suite — Commission
How each qualifying trade becomes ledger rows, and why a trade that earns nothing still gets one.
- Append-only ledger; every row carries the calculation that produced it
- Five row kinds — trade, network, CPA, prop, adjustment
- Unlimited partner levels; earnings flow up the whole referral chain
- Demo trading accounts move no partner earnings, volume or tier progress
- Attribution fixed at signup — one introducing broker per client, permanently
- Manual adjustments posted as their own signed, dated rows
- No-earn reason recorded — didn't clear the gate: the trade was shorter, smaller or quieter than the deal's qualification requires.
- No-earn reason recorded — no deal governing the chain: no deal is assigned to this partner or to anyone above it, and there is no platform-default deal.
- No-earn reason recorded — no rate for this source: the deal governs the chain but prices nothing for this instrument or account group.
- No-earn reason recorded — notional couldn't be resolved: a deal priced per 100k notional needs a notional value the trade did not carry.
- No-earn reason recorded — pip movement couldn't be resolved: a deal priced per pip needs pip data the platform did not report for that symbol.
- No-earn reason recorded — priced to zero: the rate resolved, and it resolved to nothing — recorded as a decision, not dropped as a blank.
- No-earn reason recorded — unspecified: the catch-all, so a trade that earns nothing always has a row explaining itself.
TradeCore IB Suite — Settlement
How earnings are decided, settled and withdrawn, on the cycle each partner plan sets.
- Payment cycles — daily, weekly, monthly, a custom interval, or instant with no cycle
- Payout qualification on first-time deposits, deposit amount, active clients and traded lots, with AND/OR
- Per-partner decisions: approve, hold, roll over into the next cycle, or adjust
- Payout states — active, pending, approved, on hold, rolled over, paid
- A dedicated commission wallet per partner per currency
- Withdrawals through the same rails as any other wallet on the platform
- Multi-currency settlement at the exchange rate frozen when the commission accrued
- Auto-payout threshold holding small balances until they are worth paying
- Six named settlement impairments: no commission wallet on the partner yet; the wallet can no longer be resolved; the wallet changed after the cycle opened; the client cashback could not be delivered; the settlement itself failed; this kind of earning cannot be settled
- Client cashback delivered to the referred client at settlement
TradeCore IB Suite — Tiers
How partners climb a tier, keep it and lose it, and what the tier bonus pays.
- A tier ladder per plan, with an ordered set of rungs
- Promotion and retention configured separately on four network measures
- Traded lots, first-time deposits, active clients, total deposits — with AND/OR
- Tier bonus flat or percentage, on top of every commission
- Accumulative (retroactive across the cycle) or progressive (forward only)
- Configurable grace period before a demotion takes effect
- Evaluated daily, per brokerage
- Promotions, demotions, resets and manual changes recorded with cause and actor
- Manual tier set, bounded to the partner's own plan ladder
- Referred-client deposits feed every ancestor's tier progress, once per deposit
TradeCore IB Suite — Partners & lifecycle
Partner types, the four ways to apply, and the lifecycle from pending to approved.
- IB, Affiliate and Hybrid — a partner's type derived from the deals that govern it
- Pending → under review → approved or rejected; approved ⇄ suspended
- Four application routes: recruiting link, operator, partner signup flow, the client's own portal
- Broker-authored application form
- Approval opens the commission wallet, starts the tier cycle and creates the default tracking links
- Suspending a partner stops that partner earning — not their upline's and not their downline's
- Partner profile: overview, network tree, financials, referred clients, documents, activity, links, wallet
TradeCore IB Suite — The Partner Hub
What partners do themselves, in their own portal under your brand.
- Eight areas — overview, clients, wallet, tracking links, network, materials, withdrawals, reports
- Branded as your brokerage, in your portal's languages
- Tracking links with a clickable hash and a typeable signup code
- Per-link funnel: clicks, unique clicks, registrations, first deposits, conversion rate
- Per-link geography, device and daily-click breakdowns
- Network tree with each node's own earnings, clients and sub-partners
- A partner can hide their name from their downline
- The upline node shows position only — never its income, book or sibling count
- Eight report types across eight groupings, as CSV or PDF: Commission summary, Performance, Client activity, Tracking links, Network, Client acquisition, Commission, Deposit & withdrawal fees
- Six marketing-material types across eight categories: banner, landing page, email template, video, document, social media
- Materials released to all partners, to partners on specific deals, or to one named partner
- Self-service join from inside the portal, with no re-registration
TradeCore IB Suite — Operator surfaces
The surfaces your team runs the partner programme from.
- Five surfaces — IBs, Affiliates, Operations, Commission Engine, Marketing Materials
- Commission Engine holds deals, plans, tiers, instrument groups and execution groups
- IBs and Affiliates as two lists; a Hybrid appears on both
- Client visibility groups govern which partners and referred clients each operator sees
- Full commission ledger, filterable by client, status, kind, date and amount
- Payment cycle history per partner
TradeCore IB Suite — Governance
Audit, encryption, visibility, and where the module runs.
- Every mutating action carries an audit entry; data is never deleted
- Field-level encryption on partner and client personal data
- Operator notes on a payout stay internal and encrypted — partners never see them
- Row-level visibility scoping across brands
- Runs natively on the BrokerIQ CRM core, or standalone on your existing CRM with two-way sync
How does the IB Suite compare to affiliate platforms and legacy broker CRMs?
Unlike standalone affiliate platforms and legacy broker CRMs, the IB Suite prices the closed trade itself — three rate components per level and per source, gated for quality, paid into a commission wallet the partner withdraws from.
| Capability | BrokerIQTradeCore | Standalone affiliate platforms | Legacy broker CRMs |
|---|---|---|---|
| What commission is calculated from | |||
The earning event | The closed trade itself — its instrument, its account group, its duration and its volume | A click and a conversion; the trade is never seen | A flat rate applied to whatever the trading platform exports |
How a branch is priced | One deal table — levels down, sources across, an absolute keep in every cell. The deepest assignment on a chain prices the whole branch | A single percentage per affiliate, sometimes tiered by volume | Flat IB commissions |
Rate components per cell | Three at once — an amount by volume, a share of the spread, and a share of the brokerage's own commission | One: revenue share or cost per acquisition | One: a per-lot rebate |
Volume basis | Per lot, per 100k notional, or per pip of price movement | Not applicable — no trade data | Per lot only |
| Where the money goes | |||
Rebates back to the referred client | A cashback carve on any cell — the partner funds a rebate to their own client, delivered at settlement | Not supported; the affiliate platform has no client relationship | A separate cashback product, if one exists |
Cost control | A per-source budget cap ceilings what the brokerage spends on a single trade | Monthly budget caps at best | None — the rate is the control |
Trades that shouldn't pay | Minimum duration, lot size and pip movement gate every trade, and seven named reasons record why one earned nothing | Not applicable | Manual reconciliation after the fact |
| Running the programme | |||
Hierarchy | Unlimited levels; earnings flow up the whole referral chain | Two levels, typically | One or two levels |
Performance tiers | Promotion and retention configured separately on four measures, evaluated daily, with a grace period and flat or percentage bonuses | Volume tiers on a single metric | Manual rate changes |
Settlement | Per-partner approve, hold, roll over or adjust, into a dedicated commission wallet withdrawn on the platform's own rails | A batch payout run to an external balance | A spreadsheet, then a bank file |
The partner's own portal | Eight areas, branded as your brokerage, in your portal's languages, with per-link funnel, geography and device analytics | The affiliate network's portal, under the network's brand | A statement emailed monthly |
Time to go live | Ready as soon as you finish signup, on every plan | Days, but disconnected from the brokerage | 3–6 months |
Competitor columns describe categories of product, not named vendors.
Questions about the IB Suite
What brokers ask before they run their partner programme on TradeCore.
IB management software prices, records and pays the commission a brokerage owes the introducing brokers and affiliates who refer clients to it. TradeCore's IB Suite does that from the closed trade itself: one deal table sets what each partner level keeps on each instrument and account group, every qualifying trade writes a row to an append-only ledger, and earnings settle into a commission wallet the partner withdraws from themselves.
TradeCore reads the closed trade, checks it against the deal's qualification gates, then walks the referral chain above the client. The deepest deal assigned on that chain prices the whole branch, and each eligible level earns the keep in its own cell — an amount by volume, a share of the spread, a share of your own commission, or any combination of the three. Every earning is written as a ledger row carrying the calculation that produced it.
Yes. On TradeCore's Core plan a partner network runs as deep as you build it, and earnings flow up the whole referral chain on a referred client's activity. Each level earns according to its own row in the governing deal, and suspending one partner stops only that partner earning — not their upline's and not their downline's. TradeCore's free plan runs the network one sub-level deep.
Yes. The IB Suite runs standalone on the CRM you already operate, with two-way sync over APIs and webhooks, and takes trade data either from your CRM or straight from the trading platform — your choice. Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive are live today and in-house CRMs are supported. Standalone deployments use the REST API and are quoted separately; TradeCore's free plan runs the IB Suite on the BrokerIQ CRM core. Consolidating onto the BrokerIQ CRM core later needs no rip-and-replace.
TradeCore's free plan runs a real IB programme: unlimited introducing brokers, one referral link each, paid a per-lot commission on the trades their clients close. The network runs one sub-level deep with one partner plan, one deal and unlimited commission records, and partners get the Partner Hub under your brand. TradeCore's Core plan runs the full IB Suite — CPA and Prop Challenge commissions, the tier programme, partner marketing materials and unlimited partner plans, deals, tracking links and partner levels.
An IB programme pays registered partners — introducing brokers and affiliates — on the ongoing trading of the book they build, and refer-a-friend rewards an ordinary client for bringing in a friend. In BrokerIQ the IB Suite prices every qualifying trade up a partner hierarchy and settles it to a commission wallet, while refer-a-friend lives in the Marketing module. A referrer who outgrows refer-a-friend can be pointed at the IB programme with a promotional tier inside refer-a-friend itself.
