Your brokerage, in the app stores.
The Mobile App is TradeCore's white-label native iOS and Android app for FX/CFD brokers: onboarding, identity verification, deposits, withdrawals and every trading account, under your own brand. Each broker ships its own app, in its own store listing.
100+ brokerages run on TradeCore, including MultiBank Group, AvaTrade, IC Markets, FP Markets and Xellion.
Why is the Mobile App part of the CRM, not a second system?
Because the Mobile App is a second front door to the same back office. BrokerIQ is TradeCore's modular CRM and back-office product line for FX/CFD brokers, and a client who registers, verifies and deposits in the app lands in the same BrokerIQ CRM client record, verification flow and payment routing as one on the web portal.
One client record, whichever surface the client used
Two front doors, one client record. TradeCore’s Mobile App and the white-label client portal that ships with the BrokerIQ CRM read and write the same client, the same trading accounts and the same payment history.
Is it really your app, or ours with your logo on it?
Yours. Apple’s App Review Guideline 4.2.6 accepts an app built from a template only when the brand behind it submits it — the alternative is one vendor app with every broker inside it. TradeCore builds every broker their own binary from one codebase, with their own name, icons, palette, identifiers and deep-link domain. Xellion’s app is a Xellion app.
- Publisher
- Identifier
- Deep links
Only the broker’s name appears in the listing.
Your store listing
The app name, the icon set and the splash screen are the broker's, and so is the publisher name on both stores.
- App name
- iOS light, dark and tinted icons
- Android adaptive and monochrome icons
- Splash screen
- Publisher name
Your look, in both themes
Each brand carries a designed dark palette, not an inversion of the light one — reviewers at both stores open the app in dark mode.
- Light palette
- Designed dark palette
- Notification colour
Your links and pages
Deep links resolve on the broker's own domain, and the legal pages and support address in the app are the broker's own.
- Universal Links
- App Links
- Bundle identifier
- URL scheme
- Privacy, terms, risk disclosure
What white-label means for a broker app. Every surface a client sees in TradeCore’s Mobile App — the store listing, the icon, the splash screen, the deep links and the legal pages — carries the broker’s brand, never TradeCore’s.
What can clients do in a broker mobile app?
Four tabs: Home, Money, Inbox and Profile. Clients open accounts, verify, deposit, withdraw, transfer, read their history and raise tickets — and every account links straight to the platform they trade on, desktop download and web terminal.
Total equity, then every account
The client opens on their total equity and the day's change, three quick actions — deposit, withdraw, transfer — and a segmented list of every live and demo account they hold.
- The Mobile App’s Home tab: Total equity, then every account. The client opens on their total equity and the day's change, three quick actions — deposit, withdraw, transfer — and a segmented list of every live and demo account they hold.
- The Mobile App’s Money tab: In, out and between. Deposits through the broker's configured methods, withdrawal requests, transfers between accounts, saved bank accounts, payment history and a receipt for every transaction.
- The Mobile App’s Inbox tab: Notifications and tickets. The broker's notifications land in an in-app inbox with an unread badge and mark-all-as-read. Support tickets are opened, answered and tracked here, with file attachments.
- The Mobile App’s Profile tab: Identity, security and settings. Profile details, documents, agreements, password, multi-factor method, biometric lock, language, legal documents and a request to delete the account.
Tickets and deposits land where your team already works. A ticket raised in TradeCore’s Mobile App arrives in the SupportIQ queue, and a deposit runs through the same payment routing as the web portal.
Configuration, not a new release
Most of what a client sees in the Mobile App is read from the broker’s back office: the signup steps and fields, the deposit methods on each trading account, the account types and currencies, the languages and the legal links.
Steps, fields, conditional rules and which answers are required are authored in the back office, per signup type, brand and jurisdiction.
Signup form, authored in the TradeCore back office: Country of residence, Date of birth, Employment status, Source of funds, Trading experience. Steps, fields, conditional rules and which answers are required are authored in the back office, per signup type, brand and jurisdiction.
Deposit methods, enabled per gateway: Stripe (Cards), Skrill (E-wallet), Neteller (E-wallet), CoinsBuy (Crypto), FasaPay (E-wallet). Methods are enabled per gateway and resolved against the trading account the client picked.
No app release. No store review.
Change it in the back office. The app follows.
Signup steps, deposit methods, account types, languages and legal links are read from the broker's back office — a change there needs no app release and no store review.
Your signup form
The Mobile App asks for the steps and fields the broker authored — nothing about the form is hard-coded in the app.
- Steps
- Field types
- Choices
- Conditional rules
- Required flags
Your money and accounts
Deposit methods are scoped to the trading account the client picked, and account types, platforms and currencies come from the broker's own configuration.
- Methods per account
- Your gateways

Updates over the air
Everything above the native layer reaches installed apps over the air, and a fingerprint check lets an update land only on a build that can run it.
- Over-the-air updates
- Runtime fingerprint check
The signup form comes from the CRM's flow builder. The signup flow builder in the BrokerIQ CRM — custom fields, conditional logic and suitability scoring, scoped per signup type, brand and jurisdiction — authors the form TradeCore’s Mobile App renders.
What does a native app do that a mobile website can’t?
The Mobile App unlocks with Face ID, keeps the session key in the phone’s secure hardware store, refuses screenshots, captures identity documents in the KYC provider’s own SDK, and reaches the client as a push notification.
The client opts in on first sign-in. Two minutes in the background and the app locks itself again, asking for the biometric — without ending the session or making them sign in from scratch.
- The Mobile App’s app lock: The client opts in on first sign-in. Two minutes in the background and the app locks itself again, asking for the biometric — without ending the session or making them sign in from scratch.
- The Mobile App’s screenshot blocking: The operating system refuses screenshots and screen recording on every signed-in screen, including the card iOS shows in the app switcher. Balances can be masked on screen as well.
- The Mobile App’s identity capture: Document capture and selfie liveness run in the KYC provider's own native mobile SDK — SumSub, Onfido, Cellbunq, GBG or ComplyAdvantage — using the phone's camera directly, not a web form inside a browser.
- The Mobile App’s push: The device registers for notifications when the client signs in and de-registers when they sign out, so a handset that changes hands stops receiving that client's notifications.
Locked to its owner
Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint unlocks the Mobile App, which locks itself again after two minutes in the background — without ending the session.
- Face ID
- Touch ID
- Fingerprint
- 2-minute re-lock
- Keychain / Keystore
- MFA at sign-in
Nothing leaves the screen
The operating system blocks screenshots and screen recording on every signed-in screen, including the card iOS shows in the app switcher.
- Screenshots blocked
- Screen recording blocked
- App-switcher card hidden
- Balance masking
Built for money
Three fast taps on Deposit make one deposit, not three, and push notifications leave the handset when the client signs out.
- Duplicate-submit protection
- Push tied to sign-in
- Native KYC capture
Five KYC providers, native on the phone. Identity checks in TradeCore’s Mobile App run through the same providers as the web flow — SumSub, Onfido, Cellbunq, GBG and ComplyAdvantage — each in its own native mobile SDK.
Every account, on every platform, on one screen
The Mobile App shows every account a client holds across the eight platforms TradeCore integrates, live and demo, with balance, total equity, used margin, credit, P&L, withdrawable amount and leverage read from the same back office your CRM reads.
Live and demo accounts sit on one screen, separated by a segmented control.
- Balance
- Total equity
- Used margin
- Credit
- P&L
- Withdrawable amount
- Leverage
Every account links to its own trading platform — the web terminal and the desktop download — so clients trade where they already trade.
Eight platforms, one integration each. MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXtrade, MatchTrader, TradeLocker, ScaleTrade and TraderEvolution connect to the BrokerIQ CRM once — the Mobile App and the web portal both read them.

White-label app, webview wrapper or shared vendor app?
Unlike a webview wrapper or a shared vendor app, TradeCore's Mobile App is the broker's own native binary: the broker's store listing, the broker's signup form and deposit methods, and a Face ID lock the operating system enforces.
| Capability | BrokerIQTradeCore | A webview or PWA wrapper | A shared vendor app |
|---|---|---|---|
| Whose app it is | |||
Store listing | The broker's own binary, under the broker's own publisher name and identifiers | The broker's listing, wrapping the broker's own website inside a shell | One app serving many brokers; the broker is a tenant inside the vendor's listing |
How deep the brand goes | App name, icon set, splash, light and dark palettes, bundle identifier, URL scheme and deep-link domain | The colours and logo of the wrapped website | Logo and colours applied inside the vendor's shell |
Deep links | Universal Links and App Links resolve on the broker's own domain | The broker's domain, but the link opens the website | The vendor's scheme and domain |
| What it can do on the phone | |||
Unlocking | Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint app-lock, re-locking after two minutes in the background | A browser session inside a shell; no OS-level app lock | Native, but the lock policy is the vendor's and identical for every broker on it |
Where the session key sits | iOS Keychain or Android Keystore | Browser storage inside the webview | The device's secure store, on the vendor's terms |
Screenshots on signed-in screens | Blocked by the operating system, including the iOS app-switcher card | Not something web content can ask the OS to do | Available natively; whether it is switched on is the vendor's call |
Identity capture | The KYC provider's native SDK — SumSub, Onfido, Cellbunq, GBG or ComplyAdvantage — with document capture and selfie liveness | A web camera form inside the webview | Whichever KYC provider the vendor integrated |
| Whose configuration it runs | |||
The signup form | Rendered from the steps and fields the broker authored | Whatever the wrapped web page renders | The vendor's standard form |
Deposit methods | Scoped to the selected trading account, from the broker's own gateway configuration | Whatever the wrapped web page renders | The set the vendor integrates |
Changing either of them | A back-office change; no store release | A web deploy | The vendor's roadmap |
Where the client record lands | The same back office the broker's CRM reads | The same back office — it is the broker's own portal | The vendor's system, reconciled back to the broker's |
Competitor columns describe categories of product, not named vendors.
Questions about the Mobile App
What brokers ask before they put their brand in the app stores.
No — TradeCore's Mobile App is the client's account app. Clients open accounts, verify, deposit, withdraw, transfer, read their history and raise support tickets in it, and trade on their trading platform, which every account in the app links to: the web terminal and the desktop download.
Yes. Each broker's Mobile App ships under the broker's own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts, with the broker's publisher name, bundle identifier and deep-link domain. TradeCore does not appear in the store listing, and there is no shared TradeCore app your clients would have to install.
Any language your brokerage needs. Each brand chooses which languages its clients see in the Mobile App's language picker, and which one a new client lands on.
€500 a month, as an add-on on TradeCore's Core plan, and the TradeCore team sets it up for you. There are no setup fees, no per-trader fees and no per-trade fees, and each broker's app is published under that broker's own store accounts.
