What makes the CRM the core of BrokerIQ?
BrokerIQ is TradeCore's modular CRM and back-office product line for FX/CFD brokers. Clients, trades, transactions, KYC and payments live in the CRM core, and the six BrokerIQ modules work on those same records rather than keeping copies. Take the core on its own, or start with one module and consolidate later.
Compliance reads the KYC data and documents already on the client record, so a verification decision lands on the same record your operators work from.
The Compliance moduleIB Suite reads trades and client records to calculate commission up the referral chain — 3 commission categories with unlimited tiers.
The IB Suite moduleMarketing reads client records and transactions to build audiences and measure what a campaign actually earned.
The Marketing moduleAutomations & AI subscribe to events from every record in the core — a deposit, a KYC outcome, a state change — and act on them.
The Automations & AI moduleSupportIQ reads the client record, so a ticket opens with the client's deposits, trades and verification status already attached.
The SupportIQ moduleProp Trading reads trades and payments to evaluate challenges in real time and pay funded traders out.

What does a broker CRM hold on one client record?
BrokerIQ CRM gives each client a single record in seven groups, and every operator can reorder those groups to match how they work. The same record carries verification, money, trades and every conversation.

Edit in place
Operators correct a client's details inline on the profile — there is no separate edit screen — and every change is written to the audit trail as it happens.
KYC run per beneficiary
Corporate clients, not a workaround
A corporate record carries the entity, its beneficiaries and its ultimate owners, with KYC run per beneficiary and documents held for the company and each UBO.
Queued for review — never auto-merged
Catch the same person twice
BrokerIQ CRM scores likely duplicates on phone, name, date of birth and address — never email, which is unique per brand already. Nothing is auto-merged: an operator picks the primary record, and the merge keeps a full audit trail.
Verification, decided on the record. Verification decisions on the Profile & KYC group come from the BrokerIQ Compliance module — 5 KYC providers with conditional routing, landing on the same client record.
One work queue for your whole desk
Pending tasks, tickets, documents, withdrawals, deposits and bank-account verifications arrive in a single prioritised list and are worked in place. Nobody hunts across six screens to find what needs attention.

Can your ops team change the CRM without developers?
Signup forms, client states, profile layout, document rules, payment routing — the changes a broker normally raises a change request for are settings in BrokerIQ CRM. The people who run operations make them, and they take effect when they save.

Signup flows
Build the signup form your jurisdiction needs
Define multi-step registration forms with your own fields, conditional logic, suitability scoring, verification requirements and entry gating — scoped per signup type, brand and jurisdiction, so an individual in Cyprus and a corporate in Australia get different forms from the same platform. A prospect who abandons the form resumes where they left off.
Client lifecycle
Author the client lifecycle as a state machine
Compliance officers write the states a client can be in, the transitions between them and the triggers that fire on a schedule — per brand and per regulatory regime. BrokerIQ CRM renders the result as a diagram, so the whole journey can be read end to end by an auditor who has never seen BrokerIQ CRM.
Transitions you write, not ones we ship
Profile layout
Move the fields where your desk looks first
Section structure and field placement on the client profile are edited on the live page: drag to reorder, drag across sections to move, add custom sections, hide fields without deleting them. The layout applies to your whole tenant.

Also configured, not coded
Your settings produce events. Automation acts on them. The rules and multi-step sequences that react to these changes belong to the BrokerIQ Automations & AI module — 200+ event triggers across 17 areas of the brokerage.
Deposits, withdrawals and trades in the CRM core itself
Payments sit inside the BrokerIQ CRM core rather than beside it, and trading data lands on the same client record as the money that funded it. There is no nightly reconciliation between two systems.
Money
- Gateway transactions and internal balance movements sit on two separate ledgers — deposits, withdrawals, refunds, payouts and chargebacks on one, adjustments, transfers, conversions, swap, dividends and commissions on the other.
- Withdrawals route back to source for AML on regulated brands, or take a single payout path on unregulated ones — set per brand, not per request.
- Manual bank transfers arrive with proof of payment for operator review, priced with your own FX markup and overridable at approval.
- Wallets hold multiple currencies, with transfers to trading accounts and conversion between them.
- Payment methods, routing and receiving accounts are configured in the interface — not in raw JSON.
Trades
- Trading accounts are opened by the client, by an operator, or automatically after signup, with credentials delivered to the client once the platform provisions them.
- Account-type labels and availability rules decide which clients can open which products, with each label bound to its group on the trading platform.
- Accounts are disabled, enabled, archived or renamed from the record itself — no request to the platform team.
- Positions and trade history land on the client record, alongside the money that funded them.
- 8 trading platforms are supported: MT4, MT5, cTrader, DXtrade, MatchTrader, TradeLocker, ScaleTrade and TraderEvolution.
- Custom trading backends connect through the open API.

A client portal that ships with the CRM
Under your brand, not TradeCore's. Everything a client would otherwise email your desk about, they do themselves.
- Complete signup and verification
- Deposit, withdraw and transfer
- Convert between currencies
- Open and manage trading accounts
- Watch trades and open positions
- Download statements as PDF or CSV
- Read performance reports
- Manage saved bank accounts
- Two-factor authentication
- Clients turn on TOTP from an authenticator app, email OTP or SMS OTP.
- Sessions they can see
- A client views their own active sessions and 30 days of history and can terminate any of them; operators see the same list when investigating support or fraud.
- Their channels, their consent
- Clients link and verify Telegram and WhatsApp and opt in or out per channel.
- Your pages, your widgets
- Brokers add their own pages to the portal and choose which dashboard widgets appear, per brand.

Waiting on the client…
A client deposits in the portal and the deposit lands on the client record in the BrokerIQ CRM: deposit confirmed, no email to the desk, no ticket raised.
On mobile too. The Mobile App is a native iOS and Android app published under your brokerage's own brand, available as a CRM add-on — onboarding, KYC, funding, withdrawals and account management, with one binary and one store listing per broker.
Built for the audit before it happens
A regulated book has to be defensible years after the fact. BrokerIQ CRM records and encrypts by default rather than on request.
- Full name
- Phone
- Date of birth
- Tax identifier

The same TradeCore client record, as four readers see it:
- The assigned operator: The desk that owns the client works the record in full.
- Another desk: Row-level visibility scoping decides who can open which client — and it applies to lists, exports and notifications alike.
- The database: Personal data is encrypted at the field level, not just in transit — so the row is unreadable even to someone holding the database.
- An auditor: Every mutating action is recorded with who did it and when. Entries are appended, never edited or removed.
The desk that owns the client works the record in full.
- Nothing is deleted
- Every mutating action is written to the audit log, and each client carries an activity stream of everything that has happened to them. BrokerIQ CRM keeps permanent audit trails — records are never removed.
- Personal data is encrypted in the database
- Names, dates of birth, national and tax identifiers, addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses and user agents are encrypted at the field level, not just in transit.
- Operators only see their book
- Row-level visibility scoping decides which clients an operator can see, and it applies identically to lists, exports and notifications — there is no view that leaks around it.
- Consent is versioned and withdrawable
- Legal documents move through draft, published and superseded with major and minor revisions; clients accept them at signup and in the portal, can withdraw consent per purpose, and every event is recorded append-only with IP and context.
- Impersonation is dual-attributed — an operator acting in the portal as a client is recorded as both.
- Test clients stay visible in the interface but are excluded from every report, KPI and export.
- Blacklist, fraud and unsuitable classifications each enforce their own restrictions.
- Password policy is set separately for backoffice staff and portal clients.
Regulation, per jurisdiction. The BrokerIQ Compliance module runs per-jurisdiction rules — CySEC, FCA, ASIC — from one dashboard, and owns the verification workflow that decides what happens next.
Who sees what, and how the desk is doing
BrokerIQ CRM sets permissions per module and routes work to the right person. Reporting & statistics turns the same records into reports on active traders, sales, team performance, trading, support, KYC and finance.
Roles per module
Custom roles and teams set view and edit permissions module by module, so a compliance officer and a sales agent open the same CRM and see different things.
Whole lists in one step
Bulk operations tag, assign, export or email a whole list of clients at once, and saved views keep every operator's filters one click away.
Alerts that find the right person
Real-time alerts route by role, SLA tracking escalates work that is running late, and managers see their team on their own dashboards.

BrokerIQ CRM against the alternatives
Unlike generic CRMs, BrokerIQ CRM holds regulated identity data, client money and trade history in the same record — and unlike legacy broker CRMs, the people who run operations change how it works themselves.

BrokerIQ CRM is built for FX/CFD brokerages running regulated client books across multiple brands and jurisdictions. Competitor columns describe categories of product, not any named vendor. Counts are TradeCore's own: 8 trading platforms and 5 KYC providers are the integrations running in production; 100+ PSPs and 300+ payment methods are reachable through them.
Questions about the BrokerIQ CRM
What brokers ask before moving their client book onto a new core.
Forex back-office software runs everything behind the client portal: client records, verification, deposits and withdrawals, trading accounts and the audit trail. In BrokerIQ the CRM is that back office — TradeCore's forex CRM and back-office software for FX/CFD brokers, used by 100+ brokerages.
Clients, trades, transactions, KYC data and payments — one record per client, with a white-label client portal on top. It also carries the operational surface a desk works in: a unified work queue, tasks, notes, schedule, deals, communication history and a permanent audit trail. Payments is part of the CRM core, not a separate module.
No. Every plan switches on the BrokerIQ CRM core and all six modules — IB Suite, Marketing, Automations & AI, Compliance, SupportIQ and Prop Trading. Use the ones you need; they work on the same client records, so starting another one later migrates nothing.
Yes. Roles set view and edit permissions per module, and row-level visibility scoping decides which clients each operator sees — the same scope applies to lists, exports and notifications. Alerts route by role, SLAs escalate on their own, and managers get their own dashboards.
Yes, a white-label portal under your own brand ships with the CRM core. Clients complete signup and verification, deposit, withdraw, transfer between accounts, convert currencies, open trading accounts, watch positions and download statements as PDF or CSV. Two-factor authentication supports TOTP, email OTP and SMS OTP.
Yes. Signup forms, the client lifecycle state machine and the client profile layout are all configured in the interface. Signup flows scope per signup type, brand and jurisdiction, with custom fields, conditional logic, scoring and gating. The lifecycle renders as a diagram an auditor can read end to end.
Gateway transactions and internal balance movements are kept on two separate ledgers, so every figure can be traced to its source. TradeCore supports 100+ PSPs and 300+ payment methods. Withdrawals route back to source for AML on regulated brands or take a single payout path on unregulated ones, set per brand.
Generic CRMs store contacts and deals; they hold no client money, no trades and no regulated identity data. BrokerIQ CRM holds all three in the same record, with 5 KYC providers, 100+ PSPs, 8 trading platforms and permanent audit trails built in. TradeCore also connects to Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive with two-way sync if you keep your existing CRM.
Yes, with zero data loss. A guided wizard takes CSV or Excel exports, maps your columns to BrokerIQ fields, runs a validation dry-run that writes nothing, then commits with a downloadable error report. It covers client records, KYC results, payment history and trade data, and TradeCore's team can run it for you.
Reporting comes as the Reporting & statistics add-on, €300 a month on Core: reports and statistics on active traders, sales, team performance, trading, support, KYC and finance, inside the back office.
The BrokerIQ CRM runs on TradeCore's free plan with every module switched on, unlimited clients, no time limit and no card to sign up. Core is €2,500 a month, flat, and takes the ceilings off; add-ons are priced on the pricing page. There are no per-trader, per-trade or setup fees.
